Bailey Construction offers general contracting services to client's who desire residential building and renovation project management from preplanning to completion. Duties include day-to-day oversight, permitting, management of vendors, subs, and trades, budgeting, quote management, material acquisition, coordination and scheduling, etc.

Note: We will not provide services when a project should be permitted but the Client desires not to file for one. Not sure if you need one? Read the When do you need a permit for residential work? brochure from Mecklenburg County for more information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of work do you prefer to do? Mostly smaller builds and renovations in the Huntersville / North Meck area.

I would like to speak with you about my project, what should I do? Just send us an email with your details and we can go from there.

Do you require a deposit? Yes, a deposit is typically required at time of contract acceptance (prior to our starting any work and/or pulling permits). This deposit is automatically nonrefundable once materials have been ordered and/or any work has begun.

What kinds of payment do you accept? Cash or check.

How are payments made? Payment schedule and terms will be stated in the written contract. Payments are made in advance of any work being performed. We do not fund or finance any project on the behalf of the Client.

Can I provide my own items/materials? In some cases, if they are appropriate to the project and our use, yes.

Do you do electrical, airconditioning, heat, or plumbing? These services should be performed by licensed individuals; this company does not perform those services, however, we do have providers we work with.

Are you hiring or looking for subcontractors? We are currently open to hearing from those interested in working with us on our projects.
